  There is one thing this store does consistently and that is get your order wrong. Due only to its convenient location we have been coming here for 5+ years and my orders have been satisfactory about twice in this time. Management needs to look carefully at how they are doing things in Highfields. Something is seriously wrong! I've visited a few Maccas in my time but have never before experienced anything like this store. Time the problem was fixed guys! Highfields as a community has a reputation to uphold and you're letting the team down.

  Worst McDonalds ever, just ordered a cheeseburger with extra pickle. What I received was no pickle, way too much mustard and the cheeseburger wrapped inside out. You know how you get a burger and you just know they've fukced with it, thats this store. Stay away.

  When u advertise something at least sell it dont just say we dont sell it anymore .... it may sound trivial but when a banana milk shake is advertised you expect to be able to purchase it ....... and a zero for staff who were not even willing place a knife and fork with a gourmet chicken salad or serviettes .....love you work McDonalds

  I ordered through the maccas app and picked up my order in the drive thru. They got it right and the food was what you would expect from maccas. Drive thru staff member was lacking in customer service skills but they are all kids!
